Initials
The initials of the signer.
Stamp
Enables you to use a file or a signature stamp.

Auto-Fill
Signature Date
The date the document was signed.
Signature Date Format
Users can often choose from various date formats, such as MM/DD/YYYY (month/day/year), DD/MM/YYYY (day/month/year), YYYY/MM/DD (year/month/day), or other regional formats. This allows signers to select the format that is most familiar or appropriate for their location or the document’s jurisdiction.
TZ of Inserted Date
Need the timezone of the date inserted. Could be UTC, could be user, browser, could be server.
Signature Date and Time
The date and time the document was signed.
Signature Time
The time the document was signed.
Signature Date and Time wTZ
The date and the time the document was signed with the timezone which Could be UTC, could be user, browser, could be server.
Signer Name
The name of the signer.
Signer Email
The email of the signer.
Company
The name of the company you want entered.
Title
The title of the person signing the document.
Signer Entered
Checkbox
Drag and drop this field to allow the user to provide checkbox type of information at a desired location on this document. If you want one of the checkboxes to be selected, you can select and assign the checkboxes to a checkbox group in the properties section on the right side of the Foxit website.
Text (Regular Expressions)
This allows the user to control the content of the Text Field with “Regular Expressions”. This is a very flexible way to control the contents but is a bit cryptic for people who are not already familiar with Regular Expressions.
Text (Numbers Only)
Text field that is formatted to handle numbers only.
Text (Letters Only)
Text field that is formatted to handle letters only.
Text (Phone Number)
Text field that is formatted to handle phone numbers only.
Text (Currency)
Text field that is formatted for currency numbers only.
Text (Email Address)
Text field that is formatted for email addresses only.
Text (Social Security Number)
Text field that is formatted for Social security numbers only.
Text (Employer Identification Number)
Text field that is formatted for Employer identification number only.
Text Bank Routing Number
Text field that is formatted for Bank routing number only.
Text Bank Account Number
Text field that is formatted for Bank account number only.
Text Zip Code
Text field that is formatted for Zip code only.
Text (Canadian SIN)
Text field that is formatted for Canadian SIN only.
Text (Age)
Text field that is formatted for age in an integer number.
Text (multi-line)
Text field that is formatted to handle multi-line text only.
Text (Read Only)
Text field that is formatted to handle read only text only.
Calculated
A number field which uses a formula to calculate a numeric result.
Credit Card Number
Enter a secured credit card number.
Text Field Limit
Text field that has a limit of characters.
Radio Button
Drag and drop this field to allow the user to provide radio button type of information at a desired location on this document. You can select and assign the radio button to a group in the properties section on the right side of the Foxit website. Only one radio button from a group can be selected.
Dropdown
Drag and drop this field to allow the user to choose a single option from a list of multiple options.
Multi Checkbox
Multiple Choice Options: Users can select one or more checkboxes to indicate their choices or preferences. For example, in a survey or a consent form, users might be asked to check multiple options that apply to them.
Participation Stamp
When this feature is added, after the signer signs the document, The signer’s name, Esigned Date and time, and email address are added to the document.
Adobe Sign Transaction Number
A unique number that Adobe assigns to the document.
Abobe Validation
A digital certificate is a proof that allows users to know if a document has been changed in any manner. It ensures that no tampering has occurred after your signer has completed your document.
Formula
A mathematical formula that creates a numeric result.
Request Payment
Connect your ensign account to your merchant account for accepting payments.
For example, as signNow Organization (“Super”) Admin, you can connect your signNow account to your merchant account for accepting payments on invites. To do so, you’ll need to have a valid payment system account to receive payments.
Phone Number
Allows a phone number to be added.
Choose a Signer
Choose a specific signer to sign a document.
Field List
List the different fields that the user chose for the document.
Image Field
Drag and drop this field to allow the signer to add any png/jpg image file.
Hyperlink Field
Drag and drop this field to allow the signer to view the Supplemental Documents.
Accept Button
Drag and drop the accept button field to get the acceptance of the document signing.
Decline Button
Drag and drop the Decline button field to decline the acceptance of document signing.
Secured Field
Drag and drop this field to allow the user to provide test or numeric information at a desired location securely on this document.While using the secured fields, all the data will be masked except for the desired number of characters selected on the properties section on the right side of the Foxit Esign template.
Collect Files
This field places an upload button on your document and enables you to upload a file to the document.This file can also be uploaded with an image.
Card Details
Enables the Gateway to Stripe to Connect Stripe to securely save customers’ card details and saves customer credit/debit card details so you can charge clients at a later time.
Video
Allows you to add a video by uploading a file or Paste a video URL to embed it in your document. YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia and Vidyard are supported.
Pricing Table
Allows you to add pricing for the description, name, quantity, tax for each product and gives you a total price with tax for all products entered.
Quote Builder
Allows you to add quotes for a product with product description, price, quantity, and total. You can also add other customizable fields such as discount, fee, tax, subtotals.
Table of Contents
Add Headings and they will appear in your table of contents.
Smart Content
Lets you add customizable content to your document.
Page Break
Lets you add pages or page breaks.
List
A list of items that can be added to the document.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Lets you use keyboards shortcuts to access features.
Attachment Field
It helps the users to attach the files on the PDF file when you send it for sign.
Conditional Fields
Allows the User to add a checkbox to a template that will turn on other fields to be required. For instance, if there is a separate section that requires acknowledgement and signature such as an agent delivery clause then the form can have a checkbox that requires the Agent to sign the acknowledgement.
Optional Signature
Add an optional signature for a signer to sign the document.
Required Fields
Fields that are required to be filled out by the signer.
Select Font/Size on Fields
Set font and font size for a field.
Shrink to Fit
Shrink to fit automatically adjusts the font size to fit the space allocated to the field. The trade off to this flexibility is that documents may look a bit awkward with different size fonts.
Attachment
Specify a field (Adobe) in a document for the user to attach a document. Drag and drop this field to allow the signer to upload any assisting document/image file.
Participant Roles
In Person Signer Receives a Copy
Person who signed in person electronically via Computer or laptop gets emailed a copy of document.
- Pass control of the signing session to the hosted signer.
- Ask the signer to enter any required authentication information. After agreeing to Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure the document continues to next step.
- Help the signer sign and get a copy of the finished document.
- The control of the signing session goes back to the originator of the document.
- Log in to your DocuSign account to complete the signing session.
Blueink supports phone number and email address.
Needs to Sign
This option sends a copy of the document to the person that was selected to review the copy of the document. Once the document is signed by all recipients, the reviewer will receive a copy of the document.
Receives a Copy
This option sends a copy of the document to the person that was selected to receive a copy of the document.
Needs to Review
Person Chooses to review the document before it is signed.
Specify Recipients
This option allows the creator of the document to add recipients as needed to sign the document.
Allowed to Edit
This option allows the recipient to make corrections to the document before sending out to other recipients.
Update Recipients
This option allows the sender to update the recipients for the document, by adding or removing recipients.
Sign with Notary
A Notary would have to witness the signing of a document and then add their stamp and sign that they have verified the signer’s credentials.
Sign with Witness
A person would have to witness the signing of a document.
Add Contacts
In PandaDoc, you click on a contacts button and you are able to select the contacts you want to add to the document.
Requires Driver License
A driver’s license is required.
Add Recipients
Under this field you have the following fields: Import Bulk List - Send to hundreds of recipients at one time with bulk list of recipients imported and each recipient receives a copy to sign.
